We offer a state-of-the-art plumbing showroom located in Woodbury Minnesota featuring products for TOTO, Delta, Blanco, Brizo and more. Our showroom provides an opportunity to meet our customers on a personal level, and help you select plumbing fixtures for your new project. We sell and install all types of faucets, sinks, water filtration systems, reverse osmosis, water heaters and water softeners, making your visit a one stop shop.

COVID-19 Statement:

At AJ Alberts, we understand the challenges caused by COVID-19.  Safe and sanitary plumbing are of upmost importance, especially in a time of crisis, so we are changing our hours to 24/7 for all your plumbing needs.  We are a local family run company that has been involved in our community for over 30 years and we want to be here for you when need us. Your call will be answered by a live member of our team (no call centers, no third parties) to discuss your plumbing emergency, 24/7. 

Due to the economic uncertainty for many of our customers, we are waiving our service fee and applying 10% off your plumbing service call.  There is no fine print, we’ll simply take 10% off of your bill. 

In order to protect you and your family, our service team will do the following: 

  1. Sanitize their hands before entering your home, wipe down all devices, and wear clean shoe covers and gloves. 
  2. Wipe down their truck steering wheels and seatbelts after every home visit and sanitize their hands again.
  3. Spray Lysol or wipe down on the areas serviced or touched unless it’s dangerous to do so to the area.
  4. Discuss your needs over the phone before we enter the house so we have an understanding of the problem without having to have face to face contact.  
  5. Enter your home through the door closest to the problem area. 
  6. Discuss the problem and recommended repair/replacement needs with you over the phone so you do not need to be in the same room if you prefer. 
  7. Minimize our contact with surfaces around the area being repaired. 
  8. Provide alternate procedures for signing paperwork. Eliminating the need to have any physical contact with the same pen, paperwork, or tablet.

If any of our employees are feeling unwell or have sick family members, we will have them stay home for 14 days. 

Finally, we are going to temporary close our showroom to customers, vendors or any other 3rd parties in an effort to keep contact to a minimum. If you need to see something from our showroom, we’re happy to send you photos or videos as needed.
