Service Agreement

When you engage AJ Alberts for plumbing or water conditioning service, the agreed scope and price are confirmed in writing prior to work beginning. Changes during the job require your approval.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless other terms are agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and ACH transfer.

Warranty

Our lifetime craftsmanship warranty covers failures caused by our installation. Manufacturer defects are handled through the manufacturer's warranty. See our warranty page for details.

Limitation of Liability

AJ Alberts is fully licensed (MN PC150039, WI 226456), bonded, and insured. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
